These guys did an INCREDIBLE job.
The glass was cleaned so well that my husband actually convinced me for a sec that the large (usually disgusting) picture window I was looking at had been removed. I'm not kidding - it took me at least 1 minute to realize it was actually there.
My friend just tried them after seeing my Instagram post of the "missing window" and she can't be happier!

If I could give these guys more stars I would! The lady that answers the phone, Inga, went above and beyond to be helpful.
In fact I was also looking for a company to pressure wash the exterior of my house and she went ahead and found a referral for me without me asking! That right there showed me that this company appreciates new customers and goes above and beyond.
They washed all of my windows AND screens, put everything back neatly and it was spic and span. If only more companies would appreciate their customers the way Big City Window cleaners. Hats off to you! Thank you very much!

I didn't even know how bad my windows really were until seeing them after Big City Window Cleaners was done with them.
The whole process was a breeze, from getting a quote to scheduling an appointment to working around them when they were here. I have a 3 story townhome with many windows and their price was more than fair!
They showed up on time, were super professional and just did an EXCELLENT job. I cannot recommend them enough.

It was a great experience working with the whole group at Big City! Super capable, nice, fast and they went out of their way to make sure the windows did not get scratched - they were removing old manufacturer's stickers on high ladders on stairs.
Also they were careful with the wood window frames.
